At our corporate training institute, TRAINWELL, it has been a journey of varied and exciting experiences. While training is a passion for the team members, learning through the certification courses for the team has been
a real bonus. It has been a very eventful experience for the entire team. The trainers, the content development teams, and the program designers all have gone beyond the call of their duty to meet the challenges of each assignment.

One of the initial assignments was to train students in AIR HOSTESS TRAINING at our corporate training institute. They were from small towns of interior Maharashtra near Kolhapur and Latur etc., to help them grow and be ready for aviation-related jobs, cabin crew, and ground crew. The entire team of trainers developed the curriculum for over 100 students in this employability training program. It helped them overcome the language, personality, self-confidence, and cultural barriers to train them for employment. At the end of six months of the certificate course, most of the students developed the confidence to stand up and present themselves and were groomed to take up entry-level positions in the airlines and related hospitality services sector, many are now working overseas and growing well in their careers. They benefitted tremendously at our corporate training institute because of the certification program.
Our “TRAIN THE TRAINER” programs in the corporate training institute, which includes many employability programs, have assisted several over 400 plus professionals to take up training assignments as employees, freelancers or even as entrepreneurs who started their businesses and are now successfully running their establishments. The programs must be tailor-made to provide solutions, as each participant has different communication and personality traits. The training faculty has always adapted to the trainees and has absorbed tremendous knowledge and skills.
